He presented himself as a doer of odd-jobs and stated that Rusty had gone north to Lannisport under questioning. Teddy stated that they would go to Lannisport to seek their lost servant Terry (but not to find the Rusty). Dell asked Teddy to deliver a package to a man named Virgil in Lannisport, which he declined after some consideration.
