Like most riders of The Singers Fred wields a boar spear, an ideal tool for their hunts. He also sports the trademark tin medallion of a Singer.

Bio:

Fred was captured in a skirmish between the Singers and House Jasper deep in the Mountains of the Moon in August of 288 AC.
